Kendriya Vidyalaya NHPC Sainj ( Kullu ) co-educational school up to 12th standard was established in April 2002, is located at Sainj Valley in the District Kullu , 18 km from Aut. The school cover the wards of the employees of NHPC as well other engaged in the project at far area.
The school has science, arts and commerce streams at class 11th and 12th. Apart of the above school has 24 rooms including 13 class rooms and 4 labs and for sports events school has Volleyball, Badminton court, Basketball court and Kho-Kho as infrastructure. The school have NCC and Scout & Guide wing to build high competitive moral and national integration among students.
