Dwarka Dass Memorial Sai College, Kallar was established in 2003 in the memory of Late Sh. Dwarka Dass Ji, who was a dedicated educationist and managed by the Sai Society of Education. College is located at Kallar (Nadaun) on Shimla - Dharamshala road, 23 km from district HQ Hamirpur. College at initial started the B.Ed course with an intake of 100 students and later two professional courses were added J.B.T. and LL.B. in 2007 and 2008 respectively.
The College is well-equipped with high-tech educational and sports infrastructure facilities like well equipped laboratories and libraries includes hostel for girl students. Apart of that college emphasize on co-curricular activities includes competitions to shape the competitive edge of the students.
