G.P. Pant Memorial Government College, Rampur Bushar was established in 1959 to fulfill the demand of the peoples of far area in the district for imparting higher and quality education to the aspirants. College is located on NH-22 at Rampur Bushar town 132km from the district HQ Shimla, and 22km from Sarahan in Shimla district. College offer Undergraduate courses in streams of Humanities, Science & Commerce and Postgraduate courses in stream of Humanities and Commerce.
College has equipped and facilitates with high-tech educational infrastructure to meet the requisite standard and goals. Apart of that college emphasis on
co-curricular activities includes competitions to shape the competitive edge to the students.

Undergraduate:
BA, BSc and B.Com – 03 years.
Postgraduate:
M.A. in English, History, Political Science, Hindi and M.Com.
Eligibility for Undergraduate:
The candidates, who have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized Board, are eligible.
Eligibility for Postgraduate:
Candidates, who possess graduation degree in Commerce, Humanities stream, with at least 50% aggregate marks, are eligible.
