The Aryan Reiki & Yoga Centre was established in 2000 and is located on Jogiwara road at McLeodganj – Dharamsala in district Kangra. The Yoga Training Centre is certified school for Yoga Teacher's Trainings by Yoga Alliance and imparting quality Yoga Teacher Training. Thus; the centre offers the yoga courses in Ashtanga vinyasa, Hatha & Sivananda Yoga to the aspirants. Yoga Training Centre aim not only to train up yoga teachers but to make sure they are well-informed, with the right knowledge, techniques, understanding, practices and confidence. Training Centre also teaches Kriyas (cleansing processes), Pranayamas (breathing exercises), use Bandhas and control of mind.
The Aryan Reiki & Yoga Centre - Yoga Teacher Training Centre has number of teachers those are great practitioner of Reiki, Meditation, Yoga and Naturopathy and has vast teaching experience in the field. Yogacharya Aryan (Ajay Kumar Namdev) is a Certified Teacher of Hatha Yoga, Sivananda Yoga, Meditation, and Naturopathy and is also a RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) by Yoga Alliance. Yogashiromani Yogacharya Amit (M.Sc in Yoga) is the Director of Amit Reiki and Yoga Center and he teaches the Astanga Vinyasa / Hatha Yoga & Reiki. Yugesh is trained in Yoga, Reiki and Meditation – he teaches Yoga & Reiki He is certified NLP Master and Time line therapist from NLP world UK and for ANLP India. Veena is Traditional Hatha yoga teacher while Rose Hill (Divyajyoti) and Dallas Jones both are Yoga Teachers.
The Yoga and Mediation - Holistic Healing is a remedy which applies to all levels of existence and awareness. At the physical level, we need to harmonize the functions of different organs, muscles and nerves so that they do not hamper or oppose each other. The meditation is vast beneficial to experience a calmness in the life along with improvements in memory, enhanced creativity and sensibility.
