Creative Vocational Training Centre, Bhangrotu - Sadar Mandi in district Mandi, was established for imparting vocational training in the non engineering trades to the aspirants of area to cater the self employment as well highly skilled manpower for Industries.
Training Center offer Trade Certificate courses in 02 vocational trades Ayurveda Pharmacist – Ayu and Art & Craft – A&C.
Training Center has equipped and facilitates the aspirants with high-tech training & educational infrastructure to meet the requisite standard and goals. Apart of that Training Center emphasis on co-curricular activities includes competitions to shape the competitive edge to the trainees.

2. National Trade Certificate in Art & Craft – A&C – 40 seats.
