Jyotsna Vocational Training Centre, Barsar in district Hamirpur, was established for imparting vocational training in the engineering trades to the aspirants of area to cater the self employment as well highly skilled manpower for Industries.
Training Center offer Trade Certificate courses in 02 vocational trades Multi Purpose Mechanic (Eltx & Elec.) –MPM and Pump Operation & Maintenance – PO&M.
Training Center has equipped and facilitates the aspirants with high-tech training & educational infrastructure to meet the requisite standard and goals. Apart of that Training Center emphasis on co-curricular activities includes competitions to shape the competitive edge to the trainees.

1. National Trade Certificate in Multi Purpose Mechanic (Eltx & Elec.) –MPM – 40
seats.
2. National Trade Certificate in Pump Operation & Maintenance – PO&M – 40 seats.
