Hello Rajesh,
I think continuous surge in the temperature of main hill spots of Himachal like Shimla, Kullu, Manali, Dharamshala is adversely affecting the tourism in Himachal. People mostly come to visit hill stations because of their cool climate in summers. But rising temperatures of such places are making them lose their charm.
Recently on 27th May, 2010 Shimla recorded an astonishing 34 degree celsius. That is the maximum temperature the city had since the past 170 years. Global warming is slowly placing it web . I think it is high time now and we should take appropriate measures to solve this problem. No other solution except afforestation can serve as the best to nip this evil in the bud.
"At great attempts, it is glorious even to fail."
