Hello Narendra,
I think Himachal Pradesh is No one in many fields. Himachal is number one in terms of electrification. Each and every household of Himachal has electricity. Himachal is also one of the top states in terms of literacy rate.
Himachal Pradesh is also number one in education and health. Himachal Pradesh has also been declared as the fastest growing state in India. overall best Macro Economy and Best Macro Economy Big State. Himachal is also been considered as the best state for investment.
Overall I think Himachal Pradesh has done a great job in all the fields.

Dear Narendra,
Himachal is yet to prove no 1, for the benefits for its peoples.
There are not much Job oppurtunities in himachal pardesh. Government has to develop resourses which creates employment. There is a need of more Entrepreneurs. Youths has to take the challenge to develop Entrepreneur skills which creates more jobs to the peoples of the states.
