Dear All,

Dusshera of Kullu is very famous. The duration of the Dusshera festival is seven days.It commences on the tenth day of the rising moon, i.e. on 'Vijay Dashmi'

This is celebrated to commemorate the day when the demon 'Ravana' was killed by lord Rama.

The main event during Kullu Dussehra is "Lankadahan ".

The other main event during Kullu Dussehra is "The Rath Yatra"
