Hi,
Govind sagar lake is situated in Bilaspur District of Himachal pardesh. It is man made reservoir made on the river Sutlej.It is named in honour of Guru Gobind Singh, the tenth Sikh guru and was formed after the hydel dam at Bhakra was constructed .
