Patulin is very serious in juices and concentrates mainly in apple fruit it is caused by Penicillium expansum and very harmful and carcinogenic. Mainly it is serious in those lots im which spoiled fruit is used. More over it is thermolabile and also found in concentrates and even in wines. Have any inquiry do ask
