Shimla the capital city of the state has always been the centre of attraction not only for the tourists and the visitors from different parts of the country but also for the people living in the different other districts of Himachal Pradesh. Though not all the regions in Himachal are hilly, thus Shimla attracts people from the surrounding places as well. Moreover, the chilly weather and antique buildings like Gaiety Theater, Town Hall makes it even more excellent. Though people come here after their tiring work of five continuous days, but the walk here makes them so relieved that they take several rounds of the Mall Road without getting tired. This day on the Mall Road acts as a occasion to meet the old and new friends, relatives and other known ones.

Restaurants and coffee shops viz. Barista, Café Coffee Day, Beekays, Indian Coffee House, Baljees, Jashan, Alfa, City Point, Devicos at mall Road, Shimla are always occupied with people. After several rounds on the Mall Road, people often step into these quality coffee houses and restaurants to spend some time and share few talks with their closed ones.
