Sponsor- Emanation, 2010,Techincal Fest in Baddi College- Get Huge Advertisements

Emanation, the rocking technical fest organized annually by Engineering College, IEET, Baddi. It is just one month to go for the two day event of Emanation, 2010. Emanation 2010, will most probably during the first week of April, 2010. Firms, industries, companies, and various other brands and enterprises are welcomed as sponsors for this thrilling event of northern region. Sponsors can give at least the sum of Rs. 10,000 and maximum is no bar. In return, they will get huge advertisements of their brand or company by the college authorities and Emanation 2010 organizers.

The several benefits given to the sponsors will be as follows:

Co-Branding

The sponsor’s name will be associated with the event name i.e. presents Emanation’10, wherever it occurs.

Backdrops

The name and logo of the major sponsor will be on the FLEX back drop of the main stage as mentioned above during all the events. However co-sponsors will also be titled at the side of the main backdrop.

Pre-Event Media Coverage

The press and the local T.V channels will be giving extensive pre-event media coverage.

Stalls

One stall of dimensions 12’X8’ without any extra charges for two days on a prior request, with infrastructure like two chairs, one table and power supply (if required )to be provided by us.

Publicity

Name and logo of the Company in all publicity material used during the fest which includes:

Banners and Posters:

Banners on the University Buses running across Chandigarh, Pinjore, Kalka, Nalagarh & Baddi. Provision for putting Banners & Posters in University premises (provided by the sponsor).

Pamphlets and Invitation

: Invitations to other institutes.

Extensive Image

Displaying company’s profile on screens located in the campus in the main fest area.

Delegate Cards:

Name and Logo of the sponsor on the Delegate cards.

Advertisements During the Events:

A wonderful opportunity to interact with students & showcase the technology.

Announcements:

The sponsor’s name will be announced repeatedly during the fest.

Emanation Website:

Advertisements through hyperlinks on the Emanation’s official website i.e. www.emanation.co.in .

NOTE: Publicity materials will also contain the logo of co-sponsors.
