Decrease in Standard of Living in Himachal Pradesh

According to latest report of Human Right law Network Living Standard of people of Himachal decrease to a greater extent.
Inflation and un-employment are the two major reasons for the decrease in the Living Standard of people in Himachal Pradesh.
Here is the district wise comparison of 2004 report with 2008 report on Standard of Living in Himachal Pradesh:
1. Hamirpur: In 2004 there were 28.3 percent people in upper class while 15 percent people were in the lower class while in 2008 43.5 percent people are in upper class while 19.8 percent people are in lower class.
2. Solan: In district Solan 13.3 percent population was in lower class and 43.2 percent population was in upper class while in 2008, 27 percent population is in lower class and 42 percent of population belongs to upper class.
3. Una: In district Una percentage of lower class people was 12.5 and upper class percentage was 37.5 while lower class percentage increase to 27.1 percent and upper class percentage decreases to 36.7 percentages in 2008.
4. Shimla: In Shimla upper class percentage increased from 35.8 to 36.7 but lower class percentage increased from 32.1 to 37.2 percent.
5. Bilaspur: In Bilaspur upper class percentage increased from 32.1 to 33.2 but lower class percentage increased from 20.6 to 26.2 percent.
6. Sirmour: In district Sirmour percentage of lower class people was 40.9 and upper class percentage was 20.7 while lower class percentage decreases to 37.8 and upper class percentage increase to 32 percentages in 2008.
7. Mandi: In district Mandi percentage of lower class people was 35.4 and upper class percentage was 23.4 while lower class percentage decreases to 29.2 and upper class percentage decreases to 27.1 percentages in 2008.
8. Kinaur: : In 2004 there were 18.2 percent people in upper class while 35 percent people were in the lower class while in 2008, 26 percent people are in upper class while 39 percent people are in lower class.
9. Kangra: In kangra district upper class percentage decreased from 27.2 to 24.3 percent while lower class percentage increased from 20.3 to 40.2 percent.
10. Kullu: In district Kullu percentage of lower class people was 49.9 and upper class percentage was 18.5 while lower class percentage decreased to 40 percent and upper class percentage increased to 23.9 percentages in 2008.
11. Lahual- Spiti: In district Lahaul- Spiti upper class percentage increased from 16.9 to 20.4 while on the other hand lower class percentage also increased from 25.1 to 40 percent.
12. Chamba: In district Chamba 55.3 percent population was in lower class and 18.2 percent population was in upper class while in 2008, 57.7 percent population is in lower class and 15.7 percent of population belongs to upper class.
