History channel the channel with highest TRP in the world will telecast program on the beauty, culture and traditions of Himachal Pradesh. History channel team in India will start shooting of program from May 2010. This will be first time when Himachal's culture and traditions will be telecasted on world platform through History Channel.The video film on Himachal Pradesh will be of 10 hours. History channel team will start the shooting from Parwanoo in district Solan.

This serial of History channel will cover major tourist spots in Himachal such as Shimla, Manali, Kinaur and Lahaul Spiti etc. The program on Himachal by History channel will shows the history of Himachal, beliefs and traditions of Himachalis as well as living style of people.

Through this documentary on Himachal by History channel people all over the world will be cognized with the beauty of this hill state. This video on Himachal will help in development of tourism industry in Himachal Pradesh.
