    Rewalsar Lake is one of the most famous tourist spots in Himachal Pradesh. Rewalsar Lake is also one of the most famous and holy lakes in Himachal Pradesh. Rewalsar Lake is located in Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh.For its beauty, Rewalsar lake in Mandi has been attracting Bollywood Industry. Famous movie Kareeb has been shot here in Rewalsar. Image below shows the view of Rewalsar Lake from top.

    Tibetian Guru Lord Padmasambhava meditated in Rewalsar. It is believed that spirit of Padmasambhava also known as Guru Rinpoche in Tibet resides inside the floating reed shown in the picture below.It is believed that these reed move from one end of Rewalsar lake to another.

    During the time of Baisakhi, fairs are held on the bank of Rewalsar Lake. On the bank of Rewalsar Lake there is temple of Lomesh Rishi, Laxmi Narayan temple and Lord Shiva temple.Ningampa Monastery of Buddhist is also on the bank of rewalsar lake.
