Baddi University also known as BUEST (Baddi University of Emerging Science & Technologies) will start its first batch from June 2010. Baadi University is under CASE (Centre for Advance Studies & Engineering) Group of Institutes.Earlier Baddi University or BUEST was functioning by the name IEET College Baddi which was affiliated to Himachal Pradesh University, but from June 2010 onwards it will operate by the name BUEST (Baddi University of Emerging Science & Technologies). All Batches from June 2010 onwards will be under Baddi University but the earlier batches will remain under HPU.

Baddi University is located in viilage Mahknumajra which is on Kalka- Nalagarh highway. Baddi un iversity is 4 km from main bus stand of Baddi while distance of Baddi University is 12 km from Nalagarh. Baddi University is located adjacent to Bhojia Dental College.
