Kinner Kailash is situated at Reckong Peo the city of snow in Kinnaur.The Shiv Lingam is 79 feet vertical rock.The best time to go here is from June to August.It takes two days to complete journey from Reckong Peo.You can take the guide from Reckong Peo.The journey starts from Powari & end at Kinner Kailash.Place coming between Powari & Kinner Kailash: Tangling Devdar forest Cave

Kinner Kailash is situated at Reckong Peo in Kinnaur district of Himachal Pradesh. Kinner Kailash is also known as Bana Sur Kailash. It is a spritual place. The Shiv Lingam situated at the summit of Kinner Kailash is 79 feet vertical rock. Its colour changes as the time passes.Kinner Kailash is the natural abode of Lord Shiva. It is never covered with snow while surrounding is covered with snow. The Kinner Kailash is 6500 metrs from sea level.The best time to visit Kinner Kailash is from June to August.

3. Sleeping Bag
4. Warm Cloth
5. Water Bottle

It take two days from Reckong Peo to Kinner Kailash.

First Day Journey to Kinner Kailash, Kinnaur:

From Reckong Peo you have to go to Powari where you have to cross the Satluj river by a small hanging bridge. Onn the first day you to reach the Cave ,it takes 9-10 hours to reach here.

Place coming between Powari & Cave during the journey to Kinner Kailash: Tangling(village) and Devdar forest.

Second Day Journey to Kinner Kailash, Kinnaur:

There is a glacier water near the cave.You can see the Bramah Kamal near Parvati Kund.You have to get up at 3:00 a.m from the cave.It takes 6-7 hours to reach the Kinner Kailash.From cave there is no specific way to Kinner Kailash.You have to see the stone to walk.

Place coming between Cave &Kinner Kailash: Parvati Kund

It takes 3-4 hour to reach Parvati Kund. You have to reach Parvati Kund after 6:00 a.m.Here you can see a small lake. It takes 2-3 hours to reach Kinner Kailash from Parvati Kund. After reaching Kinner Kailash you can see the beautiful Shiv Lingam.You can stay here for 1-2hours.It is not safe to stay after 10:00 a.m.
