Baddi-Barotiwala-Nalagarh Industrial Area will have a Hero Honda Manufacturing Unit soon!

Baddi-Barotiwala-Nalagarh region of Himachal Pradesh is widely occupied by many industrial units, factories and other plants. Baddi is considered to be the industrial hub of Himachal Pradesh and various small and large scale industrial plants have been set up here due to low taxation policy in the areas. Baddi is not only emerging as the best industrial region in north India but throughout India and many companies prefer to set up their plants here. Now, one of the renowned Automobile Company, Hero Honda is planning to set up its manufacturing unit in Baddi-Barotiwala-Nalagarh industrial area.

In order to set up the Hero Honda manufacturing plant, the company has already sent a proposal to the Himachal Pradesh government. Industries Minister Krishan Kapoor will be look after the proposal. Hero Honda Company has requested the Himachal government to provide them 2000 bighas of land (321 hectares) in the Baddi-Barotiwala-Nalagarh industrial area to set up the manufacturing unit. Hero Honda chose Baddi-Barotiwala-Nalagarh industrial area to set up the manufacturing unit from 10 states.
