Eligibility HP CPMT 2011
10+2 or equivalent examination with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50% aggregate marks in PCB (40% for SC/ST/OBC). Candidates appearing for class 12th exams in 2011 can also apply.

Age Limit HP CPMT 2011: The candidate should have attained the age of 17 years and he should not be more than 25 years as on 31st December, 2011

Application Form for HP CPMT 2011
The application forms for HP CPMT 2011 entrance examination will be available from April 2011. The forms can be obtained from Himachal Pradesh University Counter on the cash payment of Rs. 1,000/- for General & other categories, Rs. 500/- for SC/ST categories only.

Candidates from outstations can also obtain the forms by post from HP UNIVERSITY by sending a Demand Draft of Rs. 1050/ - in case of general & other categories, Rs. 550/- for SC/ST categories only along with the request for form.
Availability of Application Forms: April 1st week-April End, 2011.
