Garlic Ginger Sauce - Lahsoon Adrak ki Chutney.

The sauce / recipe of Garlic Ginger - Lahsoon Adrak ki Chutney is a pungent in taste and has extent medicinal value, hence well for increased Kapha. Thus, recipe is beneficial in allergies like Sinusitis, Bronchitis, Bronchial and Hay fever & Asthma diseases. The sauce is beneficial for patients of painful inflammation.

The pungent nature of ingredients helps to pacify the Vata and Kapha doshas while not good for “Pitta”. Persons those are of “Pitta” constitution can fry the recipe in one teaspoon of Butter / Ghee to reduce its hot potency.

Ingredients:
1. Garlic
2. Ginger
3. Turmeric powder
(Garlic, Ginger and Turmeric powder each in equal quantity – 30grams recipe is sufficient for 4-5 persons)
4. Salt as to taste.

Preparation Method:
1. Rind off the Garlic cloves and crush to make a fine paste.
2. Rind off the Ginger and crush to make a fine paste.
3. Mix the Garlic and Ginger pastes.
4. Add the turmeric powder & salt.
5. Mix well to all ingredients. The recipe is ready to serve.
6. Use the Sauce / Recipe either at lunch or dinner or with Snacks.
7. Those do not like to eat Garlic may use fresh Mint leaves as a substitute in the same quantity.
