The Sesame seeds are of warm in nature & are balanced recipe and good snack for use in winters. The roasted Sesame seeds give strength and helps in Renal disorder.

Regular use is good for skin & hair and also increases memory & intelligence as well provides good physique and also helpful in increasing digestive fire and it is good Aphrodisiac.

Ingredients:
1. Sesame seeds 250 grams
2. Powdered sugar 250 grams
(The quantity may be increased or decreased keeping the ratio intact, but ensure to use in 25-30 days as to store it for long time; both the taste and effectiveness may least)

Preparation:
1. Take a pan of heavy based and in the sesame seeds.
2. Roast the sesame seeds on low fire till they become a little brown status i.e. seeds should not burn.
3. Take off the pan from fire and left it to cool.
4. Grind the seeds into a coarse powder,
5. Add the sugar powder and mix the both in well.
6. Mixture should be store in a tight container.

Note:
The peoples those do not want to add sugar may do so; but the sesame seeds without sugar may increase "Pitta" in the body. However in that case unsalted Butter can be added in the powdered roasted sesame seeds while eating. So far in two-table spoons of powdered roasted sesame seeds; 10 grams of unsalted butter is sufficient.
