SHAAND FESTIVAL IN KOTKHAI DISTRICT SHIMLA December 31-2010

Shaand festival was held in kotkhai ,on December 31/12/2010 in village deori in the campus of devta “BENDRA”. This festival is held after hundred years. Almost all, devtas from kotkhai region visited here, thousands of people gathered.

This festival means a lot to the people of kotkhai.
