Introduction

Chamba is one of the famous & beautiful district in HP.It is situated in the north-wersten part of the state.It is totaly surrounded by lush green trees like Devdar,Oaks & Pine.Chamba district headquater is situated on a plateau on the bank of beautiful river Ravi.

It is established by Raja Sahil Varman during in 10 century.And it is also mentioned in famous book Rajtharangini.After the named of King's daughter.Champa is exemplary present today in township.
