Tourist spot Shrikhand Mahadev

Introduction

Shrikhand Mahadev is considered to be the abode of Lord Shiva.It is actually a pilgrimage place for Hindus. It is a place of great attraction for the religious people as well as for climbers. It is part of the Great Himalaya National Park (Kullu-Shimla, HP) where the forests and the high altitude meadows are protected and can display there full beauty.

History

It is a place of Hindus.This is Historical place in religious of Hindus. Shrikhand Mahadev is dedicate to Lord Shiva. Pandavas used to visit this Peak.The easiest and most travel starts from Jaon village of Kullu district which is 165 km from Shimla and can be reached by car,bus or bikes.Jaon is the starting point of this.

Location

It is situated at 18500m above the sea level.Shrikhand is the situated at top of the mountain. Apparently as many as 5000 pilgrims visit this peak during the yatra, supposedly in july, so that would be a good time to give it a miss if one is looking for solitude of any kind.

Shrikhand Mahadev view is very beautiful to see.Because in Shrikhand is always surround by Fog.Regarding that there view is ossam.There wheather is always cold & climate is very ossam.

How To Reach

By Road Road are always connected with many side.Last stop is Jaon where the road is connect.After that walkin ways are start.By bus and car people reach easily there.
