UIIT Shimla is a government engineering college which is situated in capital city of Himachal i.e. Shimla. It was established in 2000 and its goal is to enhance the technological strength of the region an the nation.

This university is approved by UGC(University Grant Commission) New Delhi.

Eligibility to qualify to college

Interested students must have 50% marks
This institute conducts an entrance exam, admission are done on the basis of rank obtained in the entrance exam.
