Chamba is a beautiful district of Himachal Pradesh surrounded by hills and snow peaks. It has many natural scenes to see in a beautiful point of view.
Dalhousie: Dalhousie is situated is the smallest town situated in the middle of Chamba district in Pangi valley. Dalhousie is a district headquarters of Chamba district. It become a town in 1854 and felt in the area of 14 sq. kms. It is situated in the altitude of 7700 meters from sea level. The tourist season of the Dalhousie is May to September. Dalhousie is known for its famous temple. There are 84 ancient temple situated in Dalhousie town. During winter season the temperature of the Dalhousie is very cold, a heavy snow fall dropped in Dalhousie.
Bharmour: Bharmour is a beautiful and small town of Chamba. Bharmour is famous for its natural beauty scenes. Bharmour was the capital of Chamba rural in ancient time. Chaurasia Mata temple which is the famous temple of Himachal Pradesh built by many ancient styles to attractive the tourists.
Khajjiar: Khajjiar is 23kms from Dalhousie and surrounded by lush green hills and with snow peaks. IT is also called Mini-Switzerland of Himachal Pradesh. IT is famous for its temple name Khajji Nag which is made in 12 century. This temple related with Pandav's. The atmosphere of the Khajjiar is very pleasant during summer season but in winter season we compare Khajjiar with Dalhousie.
Banikhet: Banikhet is the gateway of Chamba district. It is seven kilometers from Dalhousie and situated in the altitude of 5980 feets from sea level. Banikhet has a ancient temple, name Nag temple famous for its beauty. It is 150 years old.
