The University admits or register fresh students every year under Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes. The Important dates for B Sc, M Sc, MBA and Ph D programmes at Dr. Yashwant Singh Parmar, University of Horticulture and forestry, Nauni, Solan (HP) for the Academic Session: 2011-2012 i.e. both for GENERAL SEATS AND SELF-FINANCING SEATS.

Important dates relating to admission in B Sc, M Sc, MBA and Ph D programmes at Dr. Y S PARMAR UNIVERSITY OF HORTICULTURE AND FORESTRY, NAUNI, SOLAN, HP

The University has two constituent colleges located at the main campus, Nauni one for Horticulture and the other for Forestry, having 8 and 7 departments respectively. In addition, there are 5 regional research stataions and 12 research Sub-stations situated in different zones of the state adn four Krishi vigyan Kendras (KVK's) at Chamba, Rohroo and Kandaghat.

THE IMPORTANT DATES IN THE AFORESAID UNIVERSITY IS AS UNDER:-

1. B Sc (Horticulture & Forestry) [for General seats]- Dates over (last date of receipt of application form: 31st May, 2011 with late fee)
[for self-financing seats]- 5.7.2011 without late fees and 11.7.2011 with late fee

2. M Sc & Ph D [GENERAL SEATS]- last date without late fee- 25.6.2011 and with late fee upto 2.7.2011
[SELF-FINANCING SEATS]- Last date without late fee- 5.7.2011 and with late fee upto 11.7.2011.

3. MBA [GENERAL SEATS]-Last date without late fee- 22.6.2011 and with late fee- 29.6.2011
[SELF-FINANCING SEATS]-Last date without late fee- 22.6.2011 and with late fee- 29.6.2011
