The Neo Yoga Center, a Yoga Training Centre is located at Bhagsunag near Mcleodganj in district Kangra. The Neo Yoga Center, is run by an expert yoga's spiritual teacher – Yogi Akhilesh, Swami Prabodh Chaithanya and Mrs Kerstin Linnartz, who are the great practitioner of Yoga, Reiki & Meditation and has vast record experience of many different Yoga forms like Hatha Yoga, RajaYoga and Ashtanga Vinyas. The yoga is remedy which applies to all levels of existence and awareness. At the physical level, we need to harmonize the functions of different organs, muscles and nerves so that they do not hamper or oppose each other.
The Neo Yoga Center is affiliated with International yoga Federation and offers the Teacher Training Programs accredited by Yoga Alliance with recognition at the 200- hour level. Yoga Alliance accreditation offers graduates an internationally recognized qualification.
The Neo Yoga Center, apart from the Yoga Teacher Training course also teaches Reike healing & Meditation, and Yoga retreat classes to retreats participants according to the different requirements. The Mcleodganj, Dharamshala and Bhagsunag are great place for those who are in search of Happiness, Health, Harmony and Mental balance & Peace.
The Universal Yoga Training Center gave special emphases on practical training, behavior & character building. Hence an every student assessed for his / her behavior closely and same is reflected in the respective certificates.
Yoga Classes & Courses:
1. Teacher Training Course (200 hrs level) – Duration 4 weeks.
2. Raj yoga, Ashtanga Vinyas and Hatha yoga– Duration One Week.
3. Drop-in (Yoga) classes – Daily.
Other Therapies :
1. Reike healing course – I, II & III - Duration 21 days: Reiki involves channeling the Universal life force or the Cosmic force into the body. Its use as a healing system can be expanded to form the basis of one's way of existence in Life.
2. Meditation: Meditation therapies for overcoming addictions, phobias, relationship issues and general problems in life.
