Yoga Teacher Mrs. Ganga Grace, who is the Director and Principal teacher of the Himalayan Yoga Institute, and teaches Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama and Classic dance. Yoga Teacher is highly skilled and great professional of Yoga, Meditation & Classic dance, practising in the field from 1996. The Mediation & Holistic Healing is a remedy which applies to all levels of existence and awareness. At the physical level, we need to harmonize the functions of different organs, muscles and nerves so that they do not hamper or oppose each other.
The Yoga Holiday Retreat Centre apart from the Yoga and Meditation retreat programs, it also organises special programmes like Excursion, Classic dance workshop and Lifestyle coaching.
