The Agama is Thailand (Koh Phangan) based international organisation and is a registered member of Yoga Alliance and the International Yoga Federation (IYF). Thus; with Agama Teacher Training Course certification, comes not only the ability to teach one of the most profound Yoga systems in the world, but also the support of international recognition. The Agama Yoga Centre at Bhagsu near Mcleodganj was established by the great yoga teachers Manu and Monika both are practitioner of Tantric Mantra Meditation and also teaches Yoga asanas, Yogic philosophy, Laya Yoga & Spiritual Heart technique and Music meditation is also incorporated. The Yoga and Mediation - Holistic Healing is a remedy which applies to all levels of existence and awareness. Yogi Manu teaches Kashmir Shaivism and the approach of the Spiritual field with the help of Dolano, a radical Zen master, and has developed an extensive practice of tantric meditation and ritual under the initiations; While Yogi Monika leads Tantra workshops and special tantric teachings for women in Asia, Europe and North America and in recent after deep study she has started to teaches the Mystical Dance Teacher Training Course. The Mystical Dance is a moving meditation through which practitioner learn to become better rooted to the earth by directing the life-force energy with the mind, practitioners learn to effectively utilise internal energy, and to transform outside influences towards one's advantage. The secret power of mystery dance and movement is the gateway to self-development and spiritual transformation. The Mystical Dance is a unique and transformational Shakti experience for all women, by way; it woven together tantric theory, chakra energy work, yoga, meditation and sacred dance traditions and create a unique and transformational Shakti experience regardless of dance level. The approach to the course is holistic and expansive – from the secrets of energy work, to the role of dance in rites of passage, to experiencing exercises for self-expression and empowerment.
