State Information Commissioner of RTI is the name of organization which is appointed as appellant authority to hear the case under this Act. This will is also introduced to reduce corruption cases in Himachal so Anna's effect is spreading like fire. If any officer is found to suspect under this bill then he/she will have to pay a penalty of Rs 1000 to Rs 5000.

Congress views on Himachal Pradesh Public Service Guarantee Bill

Congress is the main opposition party in Himachal and congress also welcomed this bill. According to Mr. Kaul Singh Thakur (Cong) this is very good decision and will help citizens of Himachal Pradesh in dealing with day-to-day problem of getting delayed services. But he also says that he have some doubts about the efficiency of implementing this bill and only 2.25 lakh employees would come under the purview of the Bill.
