Shyam Saran Negi told media that he is still so fresh and active that he can vote by covering some distance also. He will be voting for 12th time in his life. Negi is a retired primary teacher who is happily leaving with his family. He shared his first voting experience with media by recalling the first polling station which was situated at approx. 10,000 feet height.
First polling station was situated in Chini Assembly constituency which is in Kinnaur district itself. It was built in a primary level school.
