This festival is celebrated across the state as well country but this festival is famous in the Mandi district. This festival came after the Navratri and it is celebrated in the month of the March.
Before this festival there is Navratri festival in which prayer of different gods is done every year, this festival is continue for the nine days that's why it is called Navratri. After this festival there is Shiv Ratri in all the Lord Shiva's temple.
In the Mandi district there are so many people came across the country as well as aboard to see this festival.in the evening people drink the water with the content of Marijuana which is called Ghota. And on the next day people go to the Shiv's Temple and take the blessing.
